The list of possible validation codes that can be assigned to a Finished Value are:

A - Good data, passed all validation tests.
AN - Good data, starting a new sequence. Example: If a stage gauge jumped way up, the first high point may get invalidated with ‘PD’ (didn’t pass the Positive Delta test), but if the subsequent data report also comes in at a similarly high value, it is considered valid and starts a new sequence ‘AN’. We would most likely see three reports: PD, AN, A in sequence.
AS - Good data, received out of sequence.
DD - Duplicate data value, same Raw value received within a short period of time (usually configured for 7 seconds).
FT - Future Time. Data was stored and was more than 1 hour in the future when collected. Visible only in Audit tables.
IC - Failing conversion test, examples are missing rating table, outside of range of rating table, or unknown conversion type.
MN - Failing min value test.
MM - Maintenance Mode (Sensor set to Out of Service).
MT - Failing minimum time validation test. Minimum Time only applies to the time between 2 subsequent data reports with the same value.
MX - Failing max value test.
ND - Failing negative delta validation test.
NR - Failing negative rate of change validation test.
NT - No data table to store live records. Visible only in Audit tables.
PD - Failing positive delta validation test.
PR - Failing positive rate of change validation test.
RN - Failing raw min validation test, for ALERT, value < 0.
RX - Failing raw max validation test, for ALERT, value > 2047.
SN - Received out of sequence, failing min value test.
SX - Received out of sequence, failing max value test.
UK - Unknown site/device.
