How do I enable or disable the Unknown Log?

In general, we do not recommend leaving the Unknown Log be left on continuously, as the continuous storage of unknown reports will consume storage over time. Instead, we recommend that the feature only be turned on for troubleshooting and then disabled.

To enable or disable the Unknown Log, start by logging into Contrail and navigate to the Administration environment, then Configuration > Settings > Services. Locate the service for which you want to enable Unknown Logs, click on it, then select Edit. Under the Attributes panel, set Save Unknown to True to enable the log, or set it to False to disable the log. Click Save when finished.

Please note, this will require a user to have the Settings privilege enabled for their user account.
